| Choc Moist Cake |
Ingredient A:
2 cups of wheat flour
1 cup of cocoa powder
2 tea spoon of baking powder
Ingredient B:
4 eggs
1 cup of cooking oil
1 cup of milk (condensed milk / susu pekat manis)
1 cup of castor sugar
1 cup of warm water
1/2 tea spoon of overlet
Methods:
1. Heat the boiler (pengukus)
2. Ayak Ingredient A and put a side.
3. Pukul Ingredient B (except warm water), then put small portion of Ingredient A gradually until it look nice. Then, put the warm water.
4.Put in cake pan/ cake tine
5. Kukus about 1 hour.
Choc Topping:
1 cup of milk/condensed milk
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of cooking oil/butter
Methods:
1. Use double boiled technique.
2. Mix all the ingredient ( put the butter lastly).
3. Cook in low heat/temperature.
Lastly, pour the topping on the cake and sprinkle with choc rice. Hope you guys can try this simple and nice recipe. :-)
